We had a wonderful time while staying at this hotel. The staff was exceptional. Upon our arrival at the train station Elmer the front desk attendant was waiting for us. He helped us with our bags and guided us to the hotel. On our last day there we were checking out and catching the bus to Wanya Picchu. Elmer offered to hold our bags while we were gone. When we returned later that day, he told us we could clean up in a hotel bathroom before we left on the evening train. This is a very quirky hotel, exactly what we were looking for. It's largely open air which we enjoyed immensely. Our room was huge and since it was at the top of the hotel, we had two walls of enormous glass windows with double glass doors leading to a private terrace. The free breakfast was great with eggs to order and excellent service. The hotel is built into the hill side right near the main square which is a very convenient location. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it to anyone who likes something out of the ordinary.

This boutique hotel had unique theme/style compared to other regular hotels. It was something we looked for and was true as depicted online. Things that I liked include their comfy king bed, balcony with great view facing Plaza Pueblo, free breakfast, and much needed service for storing luggage after the stay. Stuff we interacted with was friendly and could speak English. It is conveniently located at Plaza Pueblo, which could get loud at times when there is festival or celebration, but honestly we got so used to it in Cusco already. Hot shower with high water pressure felt soooooo good after 4 days of Salkantay trek.

Location is great, very central but quiet as the building is set in the alcove like little path from the main square. The hotel is very unique and cute setting. Rooms were very clean and comfortable bed. Surprisingly, very powerful hot shower! Amenities and clean towels are supplied every day. Basic but good selection of breakfast. No problem with eating their food or drinking their juice/coffee etc. Friendly and good multilingual receptionists are welcoming and looking after guests.

Location is the best. The town itself is tiny so everywhere is very close anyway but the hotel is a little bit more private and the train noise is barely hearable! Breakfast, facilities, comfy bed - all great. We had some issue with the hotel water but this was quickly fixed by the reception and was great for the rest of the stay. The pool was not filled and out of use booking the hot tube was possible (be aware however that it's located inside the patio and has zero privacy)

Justyna

The staff were very helpful, allowing us an early check-in. Our room was nice, and although it required a short walk, the path was surrounded by beautiful greenery and the hotel has an elevator. The room balcony offered incredible huge mountain views. The location is excellent, very close to the Machu Picchu tickets counter. On the last day, there was a water shortage in town, so the hotel also had no water, which was inconvenient, but the staff did their best to assist.
